Music is central to an operatic work, but it can be upstaged by the scenery, costumes and vocal performances. Cape Symphony’s next performance puts the symphonic moments of opera at center stage, reminding us of the emotional power of music. Artistic director and conductor of Cape Symphony Jung Ho Pak joins us to discuss the Symphony’s performance of Opera without Words and the story of guest violinist Ji Hae Park.
Ji-Hae Park will perform at Cotuit Center for the Arts on January 21st for the Gosnold Community. For more information and to RSVP, email Elizabeth de la Cour at edelacour@gosnold.org.
