Experience music, culture and dance this weekend across the Cape and on the Vineyard.

Different types of art can be used to help people reflect on topical issues, and on Martha’s Vineyard, dance is a way to communicate about racial justice. At “Our Experience Being” at The Yard, Davalois Fearon will present Time To Talk and The Wondertwins will present Black. The event is Thursday and Saturday at 7pm. There will be a family-friendly matinee on Saturday at 11am.

In Chatham, a long-time tradition continues with 120 local and national craftsmen gathering their products in one place. The47th Festival of Arts Chatham will take place on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 10am until 5pm at Chase Park, 154 Crowell Road.

There will be two concerts of note on Saturday: Irish music and Country music will mix at the Yarmouth Summer Music Fest at the former site of Old Yarmouth Drive In. And in Hyannis, there’s a concert that asks its attendees to dress-up. It’s “Pride: The Music of Queen” at Cape Cod Beer.
