Weekend Outlook: Parades and Strolling for Cookies

Merrily Cassidy / Cape Cod Times

The Holiday Season is here, and there's lots to do. Here’s your Weekend Outlook.

For people who love a parade, there are two Christmas parades happening this weekend in towns next to each other. The one on Saturday is in Mashpee.

There’s another parade on Sunday: the giant Falmouth Christmas parade, which will cap off a weekend of holiday events there.

It’s also a big holiday weekend in Chatham at Christmas by the Sea.

And with so many holiday “strolls” at this time of year, organizers in South Yarmouth know all that walking could make visitors hungry. So thestroll there Saturday is built around snacks of the season.
