Queen was born and raised in Tanzania. She attended Bridgewater State University where she graduated with a BA in Communications and Journalism. She works full time for Wareham Community TV and has always enjoyed reporting and storytelling. You can hear her on the weekends on WCAI. 

Marie Carney, 17, is valedictorian of the Saint John Paul II high school class of 2020.

The pandemic has been stressful for Marie as a student, but she says, the crisis has helped her understand the importance of family and gratitude.

Cather Zhang is a senior at Falmouth Academy and valedictorian of the Class of 2020. She's from Shanghai, China, and moved to the United States three years ago for school.

I sat down with Cather in her backyard in East Falmouth to learn about her experience coming to the United States and what it's like to study abroad.
