Ticks are active year round, even in winter. We talk with Sam Telford from Tufts University’s Lyme Disease Initiative about current research into preventing the spread of Lyme Disease in mice, and a Lyme vaccine for humans. We also talk with Dick Johnson and Patrick Proden-Reynolds from the Martha’s Vineyard Tick Borne Illness Reduction Initiative about how to keep ourselves, and our yards, free from ticks.
