Arts and Ideas: July 12th, 2020

Join us Sunday night, for Arts and Ideas.

7pm  “The Keepers.” The Kitchen Sisters bring us stories from the keepers of culture - archivists, rogue librarians, and historians. Two episodes this week: 95000 Names—Gert McMullin, Sewing the Frontline and Lou Reed Archive.

8pm  “Rosie the Riveter is 'Not My Icon.'” Inflection Point interviews the nation’s oldest park ranger, Betty Reid Soskin. This one is from 2018, but it's very topical.

9pm   “Covid Conundrums and Moral Dilemmas.” Philosophy Talk looks at pandemic-related grey areas, from dealing with roommates to shopping ethically.

10pm PRX Remix --"Masking for A Friend” and other good stuff on shuffle.
