This weekend may be what many people consider the unofficial end of summer, but there is plenty going on both this weekend and on into the fall. Here's a preview.

Payomet Performing Arts Center in North Truro is taking its musical entertainment into the fall with what it calls the “after-party.” More info.

This is a big weekend for crafts and antique fairs - and residents and visitors on at least four parts of the Cape and Islands can find one near them. More info.

Looking ahead a bit, next week, from Tuesday through next Thursday, visitors to Provincetown will be able to watch old-style wooden boats in races and a sailing parade for the Great Provincetown Schooner Regatta. More info

Steve Junker and Kathi Scrizzi Driscoll discuss upcoming events every Wednesday on All Things COnsidered. Audio of this week's conversation is posted above. Give it a listen.

Steve is Managing Editor of News. He came to WCAI in 2007. He also hosts the weekly News Roundup on Friday mornings and produces The Fishing News.
