We begin the 2020 election season with a primary debate between Republican candidates Steven Xiarhos and Tom Keyes for the 5th Barnstable State Rep seat being vacated by Randy Hunt. In advance of the September first primary, we ask the candidates about a variety of topics including pandemic response, wastewater management, affordable housing and coastal resiliency. We also take your questions when posed to both candidates.
