There are some pretty unique events to attend in the next few days. Here's your Weekend Outlook.

The Academy Awards will be handed out on Sunday night, and guests at a Martha’s Vineyard party will have two summer residents to cheer on. You can view the awards at the Martha's Vineyard Film Center's Oscar Viewing Party.

For fans of Mexican food and drink, Friday is National Margarita Day, and there’s a place in Orleans where you can celebrate: Guapo’s Tortilla Shack.

Have you ever started telling a story and found out that someone else who was there remembers the situation very differently? That may happen this weekend when six Falmouth couples tell their stories at Woods Hole Theater Company's Tales and Anecdotes.

Cape Cod has a lot of interesting maritime history and a talk on Sunday explores the mysterious life of a sea captain most people may never have heard of.  Check it out at the Cape Cod Maritime Museum in Hyannis.

Steve is Managing Editor of News. He came to WCAI in 2007. He also hosts the weekly News Roundup on Friday mornings and produces The Fishing News.
