Eight theater shows are opening this weekend, two more are continuing, and another opens next weekend - is this November or mid-July? Theater lovers have an abundance of choice to enjoy. Here are the shows. First the musicals:
- Wizard of Oz opens at the Falmouth Theater Guild
- Jekyll & Hyde opens at Chatham Drama Guild
- Funny Girl opens at Cape Rep Theater in Brewster
- The King and I opens at Barnstable Comedy Club
Non-musicals:
- Harvey opens at the Woods Hole Theater Company
- Macbeth opens at Cape Cod Community College Theatre in West Barnstable
- Laughing Wild opens at the Cotuit Center for the Arts
- 2014 Fall Playwrights Festival happens at Provincetown Theater
Still running:
- The Fantasticks is at Harwich Junior Theater
- Addams Family Musical is at the Academy Playhouse in Orleans
