Oysters have been a staple in the diet of coastal communities for thousands of years. Today, people everywhere have developed a taste for the nutritious bi-valve. We talk with Martha's Vineyard oyster farmer and author Dan Martino about The Oyster Book, a textbook of sorts on the history and biology of these shellfish. And we discuss how oysters can help reduce the effects of climate change.
