Taylor Butts reads his poem, "Muy Caliente."
Taylor Butts is an English teacher and spoken word poet from Fairhaven, Massachusetts. He has competed in poetry slams across the state, and has been a featured performer throughout New England. Taylor is the author of a chapbook called Shadow Play , and works in his community to promote the engagement of poetry through personal experience. The poem he will be performing today is called “Muy Caliente”, and was written for a New Bedford taqueria called No Problemo and their amazing burritos.
