Provincetown Town Meeting to Vote on Harbor Hill Condo Complex

Provincetown officials are hoping residents are in the mood to tackle the town's ongoing housing crisis at Special Town Meeting Monday. They want voters to approve a town bid for Harbor Hill, a 26-unit condo complex that used to operate as a timeshare before going bankrupt.
