The state House of Representatives released its budget plan for the coming fiscal year, and it's the first budget written by new Ways and Means Chairman Aaron Michlewitz.
WCAI State house reporter Mike Deehan sat down with Michlewitz, then joined Morning Edition host Kathryn Eident live in WCAI's Woods Hole studio Thursday to talk a little bit more about how Michlewitz put together this $42.7 billion dollar package.
