Tens of thousands of Cape Cod residents remain without electricity in the wake of this weekend's historic blizzard. While NStar spokesperson Mike Durand says crews are working around the clock to remedy the situation, he warns it may be as late as Thursday before power is fully restored in southeastern Massachusetts. Rain forecast for later today won't help matters.
