On Scale for NE Winter Storms, Blizzard '13 Ranks 25th

Last weekend's blizzard ranked 25th on the NESIS scale, which rates winter storms in the US Northeast. Steve Junker and meteorologist Phil Burt of CapeCodWeather.net talk weather, including how the storm scored, and look ahead to snow and colder temperatures in the forecast for the Presidents Day Weekend.
