Children's COVID-19 vaccination sites listed on state 'vax finder' website

cdc.gov

COVID-19 vaccine appointments for children ages 5 to 11 are starting to appear on the state’s “vax finder” website.

Users can search by zip code or town and see locations that plan to offer the vaccine, including pharmacies, hospitals, and public clinics.

For example, the Barnstable County Department of Health and Environment is posting appointments on several Thursdays into December.

Other locations include Walgreens, CVS, and Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. As of Friday, Nantucket appointments could be accessed through the listing for Martha’s Vineyard Hospital.

Not every location has available appointments, but more are being added.

The website is vaxfinder.mass.gov.
