Cape officials are asking why the region, with its disproportionatly older population, has no mass vaccination site. The county and towns are struggling to accommodate demand for the vaccine. Meanwhile, a new report calls for urgent action on ocean acidification, and the Army National Guard releases the public comments (overwhelmingly negative) it received about its proposed 8-lane machine gun range.
