Whether one is born into leadership or volunteers to serve, good leaders have integrity, humility and the best interests of others at heart. Unfortunately those values are not always what compels people into positions of leadership. On The Point, we talk with a roundtable of guests about what makes a good leader: what are some reasons we see so few Black, Indigenous men of color in leadership roles in our community? And how do we encourage the current and future generations to step up?
