John Abrams is founder of South Mountain Company, a design, build and renewable energy company on Martha’s Vineyard. He led the company through the transition to employee ownership. His new book describes the benefits of the employee ownership model and provides a blueprint for other small businesses. The book is titled From Founder to Future.
