In The Point studio

Whether one is born into leadership or volunteers to serve, good leaders have integrity, humility and the best interests of others at heart. Unfortunately those values are not always what compels people into positions of leadership. On The Point, we talk with a roundtable of guests about what makes a good leader: what are some reasons we see so few Black, Indigenous men of color in leadership roles in our community? And how do we encourage the current and future generations to step up?
Guests are:
Pastor Jacky Johnson, from the Rock Ministries in Hyannis
Prince Selassie will speak Friday March 18th at 6pm in Hyannis- click this link for details
Jeanne Morrison, sits on the boards of many social justice organizations locally, including the Barnstable County Human Rights Commission and Amplify People of Color.
Brian Morrison, Community Liaison Officer for the Barnstable Police Department and recipient of numerous awards including being honored last year as a Black Leader in Massachusetts by the Massachusetts Black & Latino Legislative Caucus.
Jonathan Thompson, entertainer and motivational speaker seeking to empower and uplift young people.
