Sometimes called the silent epidemic, suicide is one of the leading causes of death in the United States. This according to the Center for Disease Control. On The Point, we talk with public health professionals about how to recognize warning signs, who is most at risk, and how to seek help. We also discuss local events that aim to break the stigma by talking openly and honestly about suicide.
