Valerie Sonnenthal shares the poem, "RIP Arnie."
Valerie Sonnenthal lives on Martha's Vineyard, where she has been a member of the Cleaveland House Poets for 16 years. She has had the pleasure of participating in poetry readings at the MV Playhouse, Pathways Arts, and local libraries. Her poems have appeared in the MV Times, Rattle and two previous Cleaveland House Poetry books. She is a regular contributor to the MV Times and MV Arts and Ideas. She owns Peaked Hill Studio, teaches biomechanical yoga and offers sound healing. Valerie lives in Chilmark with her husband, documentary photographer Ed Grazda, younger son and beloved dogs.
