For many the time between Thanksgiving and Christmas is full of celebrations and get togethers, often around tables of food. Typically, celebratory foods are not the most healthful. What is the balance between enjoying ourselves, and the moment, without overdoing it or creating unhealthy habits? We discuss foods that can be healthy and festive, and consider why it’s not so bad if we do indulge in less healthy options.
