Keeping Young Professionals on the Cape

Challenges like housing, employment, and transportation have all contributed to the exodus of young professionals and families on the Cape and Islands. On The Point, Mindy Todd talks about Cape Cod demographics, and efforts to attract and retain young adults to the region. Anne Van Vleck, Executive Director of Cape Cod Young Professionals, joins the program to tell us about Shape the Cape a new online survey for Cape Codders aged 25-44, and goals to engage all facets of the community.  Also joining us is Wendy Northcross, President of the Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce, and demographer Peter Francese.
