Debating the Future of Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station

In this special edition of The Point, we examine the future of the Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station. A debate between State Senator Dan Wolf and Dr. Peter Friedman, Chairman of the Department of Mechanical Engineering at UMass Dartmouth. He also worked for 20 years in the US Navy as a Nuclear Submarine Officer, where he oversaw all maintenance, operations and training of the sub's nuclear power plant. The debate was held in Barnstable and sponsored by the 1717 Meetinghouse foundation on Friday April 25th.
