In the heart of New Bedford lies the former nursery of Allen C. Haskell: six acres of beautifully landscaped gardens, historic buildings, and more than half an acre of greenhouse space. The Trustees of Reservations now owns the property and is turning it into a public garden. We’ll talk with the superintendent of the Park, Kristin McCullin about what makes this spot so special and how the community is involved in the restoration of the gardens.
