Fall Birding Thrills Abound

On The Point, Mindy Todd  and Mark Faherty of Wellfleet Bay Wildlife Sanctuary bring us this month's Bird News. Fall storms mean thrilling sea bird watching, when birds that are ordinarily too far out to sea to observe are pushed inland, where we can get a good look at them from the beaches. We hear from listeners with their questions and comments. We also learn about Project Feeder Watch, Cornell Lab of Ornithology's bird counting initiative that helps scientists follow winter bird populations.
