Twenty years after her mother survived a vicious assault, Samantha Broun set out to explore the personal and political impact of the attack. This hour-long documentary for public radio, co-produced with Jay Allison for Transom.org, brings us along with her. Mindy Todd interviews  Sam and Jay on The Point about the documentary. On Friday, April 15th at 7:30 p.m. at the Community Hall in Woods Hole, a free listening event presents the documentary, followed by a Q&A with the producers and subjects of the piece, including former lifer, Tyrone Werts.  You can find out more about the piece here: http://transom.org/2016/a-life-sentence-victims-offenders-justice-and-my-mother/
