The Trevor Project provides crisis intervention and suicide prevention services for LGBTQ youth and was founded after the short film Trevor won an Academy Award. On The Point, Mindy Todd interviews writer and actor James Lecesne. He wrote the screenplay for the short film Trevor, and is one of the founders of the Trevor Project. James Lecesne is back on Cape Cod to perform his play, The Absolute Brightness of Leonard Pelkey, at Wellfleet Harbor Actors Theatre, July 13 to 15.
