According to the National Institute of Mental Health nearly one third of adolescents are affected by anxiety disorder. Not only is that number on the rise, the severity of the anxiety is also increasing.
The new movie Angst: Raising Awareness Around Anxiety hopes to bring awareness and break the stigma for young people navigating mental health concerns, specifically anxiety. The film will be screened in Falmouth and Harwich.
