There are many ways sea level rise will impact our coastline: erosion, water inundation and infrastructure damage to name a few. The new interactive website Cape Cod Coastal Planner developed by the Cape Cod Commission illustrates how these variables could play out. We discuss how residents and towns can use the tool to identify vulnerabilities and plan for the future.

Guests on the program are: Kristy Senatori, Director of the Cape Cod Commission; Erin Perry, Deputy Director, Cape Cod Commission; Greg Berman, Coastal Processes Specialist at the Woods Hole Sea Grant; and Mark Borrelli, Director of Coastal Geology at the Center for Coastal Studies in Provincetown.

Mindy Todd is the host and producer of The Point on WCAI which examines critical issues for Cape Cod and the Islands. She brings more than 30 years of experience in radio and television to WCAI.
