Planning for the Cape Cod of the Future

How will the Cape and Islands change 10, 20, and 50 years from now? Will our roadways be designed to handle increased vehicle, bicycle, and pedestrian traffic? Will we meet the housing, retail, and social needs of the community while maintaining the look and feel of the region? On The Point, we talk about the role of Complete Streets and Form-Based Zoning as we plan for the future.

With Steven Tupper, manager of the Transportation Program at the Cape Cod CommissionChloe Schaefer, Chief Planner at the Cape Cod Commissionand Thomas Bott, Town Planner for Falmouth.
