Kate Nace Day reads the poem, "a boy on the dock."
Kate lives in Woods Hole year-round with her husband Russ Murphy, working on the house where she spent most of her childhood. When she was young, she had dreams of an MFA in poetry, but they gave way to anti-war politics and then law. In law teaching, she worked on better ways to tell law’s stories: personal narrative, fiction theory, and film. She's worked in London, Galway, Lund Sweden, the ICTY at the Hague. Coming home has brought her back to poetry.
