Just because Halloween is past doesn't mean the fun is all done. This Saturday there's a great big party at the Provincetown Town Hall: the Beaux Arts Ball, with special guest Taylor Dayne. It's a gala costume event and a fundraiser. Also this weekend, Mastersingers By the Sea gives a pair of concerts that feature "Oceanic Eyes," Matthew Harris’ choral work based on early love poetry by the great Chilean poet Pablo Neruda.
