Early Arrival of Bonito Has Anglers Buzzing

Cape fishermen are getting a summer gift: bonito are showing up 2-to-3 weeks ahead of their typical arrival.

Bonito are speedy fish, shaped like a small tuna. They're known for being muscular, sharp-eyed, and very finicky, and they make excellent eating. They typically migrate into our waters in late July or early August.  But this year they've come early.

Andy Nabreski at On The Water magazine gives us the report on where bonito are being taken, and tips for targetting them. We also roundup the fishing action, including news of some anglers finding king fish.

It's all it this week's Fishing News. Give it a listen.
